Our security managed service solution is hot and we need the right person to join our team to support our SE Asian Regional Clients. Our SOC is built and operating well, this role entails taking the output from our MDR team, assessing the next steps actions and passing client focused recommendations to our Customer Success team for communication to the client on our Secure365.io portal.
Who we are looking for:
Skills that are proven by L1 triage experience, L2 change management experience. An aspirationt o be a trusted L3 expert.
You must have substantial security managed services experience.
You must have worked in a managed services environment in Jakarta.
You must have a track record of supporting large client bases.
You must be proficient in queue management and rapid services resolution.
We must have strong project management skills.
You will be required to design remediation solutions for clients and articulate these solutions.
You must be prepared to make decisions escalating so that our clients are well protected.
You must be prepared to have a great time, enjoy your working environment and be recognized as a leader in this explosive cybersecurity space.
